- We do not accept returns
- We have a 30-day exchange policy. Within 30 Days if you are not comfortable you can exchange your mattress.
Furniture
- Opened Items are non-exchangeable.
- Still-in-the-box items are eligible for exchange at equal value, or you're welcome to upgrade by paying the difference in price—choose what works best for you.
- We do not accept returns

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
